What a beautiful place. I'm sure the guineas are loving it.

I was out this morning and saw a pair of Harris Hawks looking for keets to eat. There are some babies in the pen, 8-weeks old, 2 weeks old and 1 day old. I have a range of ages and the hawks are thinking I've got a buffet going on. Birdies staying inside unless I'm out with them!

Hawks!! Yep, I've got them as well. The dogs have proven to be pretty decent guinea protectors..... well they are curious and will keep an eye on them. Not sure what's in one of the dogs' mind, might be grilled or roasted. But just showing up has kept the predators away.
